우와사와가 버티지 못하자 경기는 그대로 끝나버렸다. 그리고 7이닝 퍼펙트를 당한 닛폰햄 타선의 후유증은 이번 경기까지 이어질 가능성이 높은 편. 현재의 타격으론 타네이치 공략이 상당히 힘든게 현실이고 야마모토 타쿠미의 선발 등판은 아무래도 신뢰가 되지 않는다. 선발에서 앞선 치바 롯데 마린스가 승리에 가까이 있다.
